Bought an Apple Gift Card on TopGift? Your 16-digit code is waiting on the delivery page and in your TopGift account. Below you’ll find how to add it to your Apple Account on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Windows PC and online. The fastest way is on your phone: it takes less than a minute.
Before You Start
- Match the region. The gift card works only with an Apple Account from the same country. For example, an Apple Gift Card USA can be redeemed only on a US Apple Account.
- Copy your code. Open the delivery page or your TopGift account and copy the 16-digit code.
- Sign in. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account you want to top up.
How to Redeem an Apple Gift Card on iPhone
- Open the App Store app.
- Tap your profile photo or initials in the top-right corner. Sign in to your Apple Account if asked.
- Tap Redeem Code.
- Tap Enter Code Manually, then paste or type your 16-digit code.
- Tap Redeem. The balance is added to your Apple Account immediately.
Tip: In some countries you can also redeem through the Wallet app. Open Wallet, tap your Apple Account card, tap the More button (three dots), then tap Redeem and enter your code.
How to Redeem on iPad
- Open the App Store.
- Tap your profile photo or initials and sign in if asked.
- Tap Redeem Code, then Enter Code Manually.
- Enter your code and tap Redeem.
How to Redeem on Android
Android phones don’t have the App Store, so the easiest way is to redeem the code online in your browser:
- Open Chrome or any browser and go to apple.com/redeem.
- Sign in with your Apple Account.
- Enter your 16-digit code and confirm.
- Your balance can then be used in Apple Music, Apple TV and other Apple services on Android.
How to Redeem on Mac
- Open the App Store on your Mac.
- Click your name in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar. If you aren’t signed in, click Sign In first.
- Click Redeem Code.
- Click Enter Code Manually, enter your code and click Redeem.
How to Redeem on Windows PC
- Open the Apple Music or Apple TV app.
- Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then click Redeem. Sign in if asked.
- Enter your code and click Redeem.
How to Redeem Online
You can redeem the code from any device with a browser. Go to apple.com/redeem, sign in with your Apple Account, enter the code and confirm.
What Can You Buy With Your Balance?
Your Apple Account balance can be used for apps, games and in-app purchases on the App Store, as well as subscriptions such as Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple Arcade and iCloud+. You can also buy movies, books and other eligible Apple digital content in your country.
Code Not Working?
- Check the region. The country of your Apple Account must match the country of the gift card.
- Check the code. Copy it again from your TopGift account and make sure there are no extra spaces.
- Check your balance. In the App Store, tap your profile photo: your balance is shown under your name if the code was already added.
