Before You Start

On Android

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile picture in the top-right corner.
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions → Redeem code.
4. Enter the code and tap Redeem.

On a Computer

1. Go to play.google.com/redeem and sign in.
2. Enter the code and click Redeem.

The balance is added right away and is used automatically for your next purchase on Google Play.

Common Problems

• “This code can’t be redeemed in your country”. Your Google Play country doesn’t match the card.
• Code already redeemed. Check your Google Play balance under Payments & subscriptions.
• Account locked for redeeming. Too many failed tries can block redeeming for a while.
