Before You Start

• Right country. A Deliveroo gift card works only on a Deliveroo account in the region it was issued for. Check the product name in your order:

• United Kingdom (GBP): a UK account on deliveroo.co.uk
• United Arab Emirates (AED): a UAE account on deliveroo.ae
• Europe (EUR): an account in a eurozone country where Deliveroo delivers

• Sign in first. Log in to the Deliveroo account you want to top up before you enter the code.

How to Redeem It in the App

1. Open the Deliveroo app and sign in.
2. Go to Account → Vouchers and Credit.
3. Enter the gift card code and submit it.
4. The credit is added to your account and applies automatically to your next order.

How to Use It on the Website

1. Sign in on the Deliveroo website for your country.
2. Add food to your basket and go to checkout.
3. In the payment section, choose to add a gift card and enter the code.
4. The balance comes off your order total. Any amount left stays on your account for later orders.

Common Problems

• Code not accepted. Make sure your Deliveroo account is in the same country or currency as the card. For example, a UK card won’t redeem on a UAE account.
• Credit not used. Check that it shows under Vouchers and Credit in your account.
