Before You Start

How to Redeem

- Sign in, or start a new account.
- Enter the PIN from your order.
- Click Redeem. The balance is added to your account.
Netflix uses the gift card balance to pay for your plan each month. When the balance runs out, it switches to your saved payment method if you have one.
Common Problems
- “Invalid PIN”. Check the code for typos.
- Region error. The card is for another country.
- Billed by a partner. If you pay Netflix through your phone or TV provider, you need to switch to direct billing to use a gift card.
