Before You Start

• Region. The code must match the region of your PlayStation Network account.
• Platform. Check whether the code is for PS5, PS4 or both.

How to Redeem

1. On PS5, open PlayStation Store, select the … icon and choose Redeem Code. On PS4, select Redeem Codes at the bottom of the Store menu.
2. Or go to store.playstation.com, sign in, click your avatar and choose Redeem Code.
3. Enter the code and confirm.

How to Download the Game

1. On your console, open your Game Library.
2. Find the game under Your Collection or Purchased.
3. Select Download.

If you redeemed the code in a browser, the download can start automatically when your console is on or in rest mode.

Common Problems

• The game doesn’t appear. Make sure you’re signed in to the same account on the console.
• Add-on not working. Most add-ons require the base game.
• Region error. The code is for another region and can’t be used on your account.
