Before You Start

• Right country. Sephora gift cards work only in the country they were issued for. Use the site that matches your card:

• United States (USD): sephora.com
• Canada (CAD): sephora.com/ca
• United Kingdom (GBP): sephora.co.uk
• New Zealand (NZD): sephora.nz
• Poland (PLN): sephora.pl

• Card number and PIN. Online checkout asks for both, so keep them at hand.

How to Use It Online

1. Go to the Sephora website for your card’s country, or open the Sephora app, and add products to your basket.
2. Go to checkout and find the Gift card section in the payment step.
3. Enter the card number and PIN, then apply the card.
4. The balance covers the order, including tax and shipping. Pay any remaining amount with another method.

How to Use It in Store

1. Pick your products in a Sephora store in the same country as your card.
2. At the register, say you are paying with a gift card and show the gift card details on your phone.
3. The amount comes off your balance. Pay the rest, if any, another way.

Common Problems

• Card not accepted. Check the number and PIN for typos, and make sure you are on the right country’s site.
• Wrong country. A US card won’t work on Sephora Canada, and a UK card won’t work in Poland.
• Balance lower than expected. Check the remaining balance on the gift card page of your country’s Sephora website.
