• Log in to the Steam account you want to use.

How to Redeem a Steam Wallet Code

1. Open the Steam app or go to store.steampowered.com/account/redeemwalletcode.
2. In the app, click Games in the top menu, then Redeem a Steam Wallet Code.
3. Enter your code and click Continue.
4. The funds are added to your Steam Wallet right away.

How to Activate a Steam Game Key

1. Open the Steam app on your computer.
2. Click Games in the top menu and choose Activate a Product on Steam.
3. Accept the agreement and enter your key.
4. The game appears in your Library, ready to download.

Common Problems

• “Invalid product code”. Check for typos. Letters like O and 0, or I and 1, are easy to mix up.
• “This product is not available in your region”. The key is region-locked. Check the region in the product name.
• Wallet code for another currency. Use a card that matches your account currency.
• Too many attempts. Steam blocks redeeming for a while after many failed tries. Wait an hour and try again.
