Before You Start

• Use the right country site. A Zalando gift card works only in the shop of the country it was issued for, for example zalando.de for Germany or zalando.nl for the Netherlands.

How to Redeem

1. Add items to your basket on the Zalando site of your card’s country.
2. Go to checkout and log in.
3. In the payment step, choose Redeem gift card or voucher.
4. Enter the code (and PIN if shown) and confirm.

If your order costs less than the card, the rest stays on the card for next time. If it costs more, pay the difference with another method.

Common Problems

• “Code not valid”. You may be on another country’s Zalando site.
• Can’t use for gift cards. Gift cards can’t be used to buy other gift cards.
