TopGift never calls its customers. We don’t phone you about prizes, lotteries, refunds, account problems or exchanges. We only contact you by email from our official address.
A Common Scam
Scammers sometimes call people and say they have won a prize. They ask them to register on TopGift and buy gift cards to “receive” or “exchange” the prize, then ask for the codes. This is a scam, and it has nothing to do with TopGift.
If You Got Such a Call
- Hang up. Don’t buy anything and don’t share any codes.
- If you already sent codes, follow the steps in what to do if you met a scammer.
- Report the call to your local police.
- Let us know at support@topgift.io.

- We never ask for your password, card details or codes.
- We never ask you to buy gift cards for someone else.
