When can I ask for a refund?
Once a code has been sent and received by you in a valid state, it is not possible to return the eGift Card, exchange it, or receive a refund.
Due to the specification of digital products refunds are only possible in specific exceptional cases. Such as for example: a technical issue on our side, a product is deemed faulty or damaged. Each refund request is dealt with according to a refund request type.
Please note that in some cases, we will request you provide additional information to confirm the refund process is possible.

Note! The payment processing fee will be deducted in case of the refund as it is not recovered in the whole refund sum according to our Refund Policy.
