Paying by card is the fastest way to buy on TopGift. We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. Most card orders are delivered within minutes.

How to Pay

1. Add the product to your cart and go to checkout.
2. Select Debit or Credit Card.
3. Enter your card number, expiry date and CVV.
4. Confirm the payment in your banking app or with the SMS code (3D Secure).
5. Once the payment is approved, your code appears in your account.

Good to Know

• Minimum order: 10 EUR for card payments.
• Online payments must be enabled. Many banks block online and international payments by default. Turn them on in your banking app.
• Use your own card. The name on the card should match your account. We may ask you to verify your card.
• We don’t store card details. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

Common Problems

• Payment declined. Check the balance, card details and online payment settings. See why orders fail.
• 3D Secure timed out. Confirm the payment in your banking app quickly. If time runs out, place the order again.
• Money is reserved but the order failed. It’s a temporary hold by your bank and is released automatically within a few days.
